Current acts include Tomm Dogg, Marcus, K.J., Tony Lawrence, and Alex, with former acts including Amal, Biggie Jiggie, Dirty, Tha Westsidaz, Drink 5, Westa Café, and Club Smoke. Out of the 8 singles the label has released, 7 songs have been charted on Myspace top 10 and 3 songs on SoundClick top 100, with one of them peaking at #1 position out of 1.8 million songs. History We Ain't Fall came into existence in June 2009 with the launch of Tha Westsidaz's third studio single Fresh Mornin' Hustle that included a vocal sample "We Ain't Fall" in Tomm Dogg's verse. At that time, For the rest of the year, Tha Westsidaz released Tha Westsidaz's fourth studio single Survive The Streets along with the re-release of Tha Westsidaz's first two singles Clubbin' Late Night and My Way in collaboration with Tha Westsidaz's Records, Kennel Records and DJ Psycho Kidd Records. We Ain't Fall started expanding its name overseas in early 2010. At this time, We Ain't Fall's signed acts included Tha Westsidaz, Drink 5, Westa Café, and Club Smoke. Tha Westsidaz, formed in 2005, was signed under We Ain't Fall in June 2009 in order to retain its songs ownership as it was about to go for public sales. Tha Westsidaz included Tomm Dogg, Marcus, Amal and Dirty. We Ain't Fall started with the release of Tha Westsidaz's third single Fresh Mornin' Hustle in collaboration with Tha Westsidaz Records, and re-released its first 2 singles Clubbin' Late Night and My Way. Fresh Mornin' Hustle became an overnight hit, and We Ain't Fall became one and the only famous label of Gujarat. In July 2009, Tha Westsidaz was signed to create an official soundtrack for Prerna - The Emancipation '09, along with a live concert for the song premiere. During this period, Amal opposed the presence of Biggie Jiggie for the concert by creating foul reasons. One of the reason was calling him unfit for the concert. Biggie Jiggie got frustrated because of this, and he and his private crew started changing his attitude towards Tha Westsidaz on the streets. This action led to direct beef between Tomm Dogg and Biggie Jiggie. All this happened before the concert. Survive The Streets was released as an official soundtrack for Prerna - The Emancipation '09 without Biggie Jiggie. Biggie Jiggie's behavior got worst due to this. After the concert, in August 2009, he was removed from the group permanently. This resulted in a never-ending fight. In the same month, Vadodara's unsigned rapper Snap Rapper received the promotional MMS for Survive The Streets. This resulted in a rap war between Snap Rapper and Tha Westsidaz. Snap Rapper created a voice note for Tomm Dogg and sent it to We Ain't Fall offices. The note was removed before it could go public. The feud resulted in a cold war situation between Snap Rapper and Tomm Dogg. In November 2009, Tha Westsidaz and Drink 5, a hip-hop group formed in 2008, appeared on stage in a live concert Crevice '09, which was labeled under We Ain't Fall, Tha Westsidaz Records, and Drink 5 Records. After a week of the successful concert, Drink 5 was signed by We Ain't Fall, bringing new members K.J., Tony Lawrence and Alex in We Ain't Fall offices. Amal was not really happy about this, as it resulted in deduction of his own shares. During Crevice '09, Snap Rapper came into the scene again out of the blues. He found out one of the newly signed artists of We Ain't Fall, K.J., and approached him via a phone call that he was believed to retrieve from a social networking website. The reason behind the phone call was to put an end to the earlier feuds by showing his presence in Crevice '09. Tomm Dogg denied the request. In December 2009, Drink 5 signed its first single Party On Those Haunted Streets with We Ain't Fall, along with Tha Westsidaz member Tomm Dogg as a featuring artist. Amal liked the track very much, and he tried to include himself in the song by claiming that song can't release with only one artist of Tha Westsidaz. It should be all or no one. Dirty couldn't take it all the drama, and left the group by announcing it in one of his live concerts. We Ain't Fall made a press note about the departure of Dirty and the real reason behind it still being a mystery. Survive The Streets was immediately released officialy, after his departure. This resulted in a delay of Party On Those Haunted Streets. Drink 5 and Tomm Dogg found a way out of it. In January 2010, Tomm Dogg announced himself as a member of Drink 5, and the renewed group managed to compose the full track outside of We Ain't Fall Studio. After Amal came to know about the situation, he opposed this act of Tomm Dogg and asked him to cancel the documentation as he didn't want him to work as a member of 2 groups at a time. Amal tried to stop this from every end, without having a valid reason. As of not being an authority of We Ain't Fall, he was not even capable of stopping the scene. Therefore, to stop the release of the song and include himself as well, he proposed to merge Drink 5 in Tha Westsidaz. We Ain't Fall updated the documentation for the Party On Those Haunted Streets and the song was delayed again. In February 2010, Tha Westsidaz was offered a concert in the event Valentine Massacre. During this event, Amal started the drama again. This time, he stated K.J. unfit for the concert. But nothing happened as K.J. was already busy with his other issues and couldn't appear in the concert. Amal also tried to acquire a couple of shares owned by Marcus. Marcus agreed to give all of his shares to Amal by proposing a departure on his face. We Ain't Fall gave a notice to Amal describing that he must keep all the sharing issues to himself till the concert ends. Amal agreed. After the concert, Amal started the dirty play again. Other members and including the board of directors of We Ain't Fall were tired of these acts of Amal. This resulted in an official meeting to conduct the ongoing situation. Amal claimed that he owns very low number of shares in front of what he deserves. On March 19, 2010, at around 6pm, Tomm Dogg and Marcus declared a quit from Tha Westsidaz and We Ain't Fall as well. A secret talk was believed to happen after a few hours. On the same day, at 11:30pm, We Ain't Fall made a notice calling Tomm Dogg and Marcus back in the label and to make a duo division of Tha Westsidaz, with each and every member owning equal number of shares. 2 groups were named Westa Café and Club Smoke, and Tha Westsidaz came to an end. Tha Westsidaz's signed tracks were resigned to the newly formed groups Westa Café and Club Smoke. Fresh Mornin' Hustle: Reloaded was given to Westa Café and Single Again was given to Club Smoke for composition. During this time period, Amal got mad again. He wanted to perform Single Again alone. This resulted in break-up of Club Smoke as well. In May 2010, everyone except Amal decided to stop making music and closing We Ain't Fall. We Ain't Fall remain closed for around 4 weeks, after which the project Party On Those Haunted Streets started again by same members as an individual artists. Since it was Tony Lawrence's idea, he was given the full ownership of the song. Amal didn't sound happy again. Party On Those Haunted Streets was released as first studio single off Tony Lawrence's first album Tha Reincarnation, and the song was at #1 on its third day. Song became a popular hit and was covered by almost all media channels, including The Times Of India. On a fine eve, in July 2010, Tony Lawrence started receiving messages on his mobile phone, all congratulating him. Everyone was trying to figure out what's going on. After a few minutes, Amal spoke about his appearance on national Radio. We Ain't Fall posted a notice against him for speaking on national Radio without having any permission. Besides, Tony blamed him for taking all the credit of his song. This resulted in a big feud in We Ain't Fall. Tomm Dogg and Tony Lawrence shouted against Amal as well in a meeting. However, situation cooled down in a few days. Recurring event Prerna - The Emancipation '10 organizers called them for another concert. This time, Amal was handed over the full programming for the concert. On the 1st of August, 2010, something happened during the concert. It was said to be turned down. The very next day, Amal was dropped off from We Ain't Fall label. In August 2010, Tomm Dogg released his debut single Fresh Mornin' Hustle: Reloaded under We Ain't Fall. The song was spotted in top 100 songs in SoundClick Hip-Hop Charts. After the departure of Amal, We Ain't Fall took its sales to international level. We Ain't Fall's next follow up, Entwined from K.J.'s debut album Dark Phase, released in September 2010, charted in top 100 as well. In October 2010, Drop It Hot came out. Tomm Dogg's second studio single Drop It Hot peaked #1 in SoundClick Hip-Hop Charts out of 1.8 million songs. We Ain't Fall successfully managed to release 4 hit singles in a period of 4 months. We Ain't Fall sold hundreds of thousands of singles worldwide during this time period without ever releasing a music video or having a Billboard hit.
